Monday (100 words)

Posted on August 29, 2024August 29, 2024 by wordhabit

Mondays are my day off, from what exactly I’m unsure. I sometimes eliminate little emails from my inbox on Mondays, emails I’d rather not see on Tuesday or would, by Tuesday, like to see a new iteration of in the form of the sender’s reply. I try not to work on Mondays so that I can work on words, a tougher effort than email elimination, but the thing I must do in order to not resent Tuesday through Sunday. It is Monday. I’ve ventured into a Starbucks that reminds me of London’s Royal Exchange. I’ve worked on 1,429 + 100 words.
