Granola. Homemade. Yum.

8 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 325F.

Mix oats & nuts in big bowl.
Mix everything else then add to dry mix.

Spread in baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out and stir. Bake for 10 more minutes. Take out and let cool.

Yum.
