“Passed Time, 1994” by Andrew Saftel

we took a little trip today, picnic basket in tow. first stop was the museum. second stop was the greenway (to eat lunch until the heavens opened). there were several other stops before heading back home. each one offered something different. each one added something to our day. each one had a particular view.

a view of nature.

a view of commercialism.

a view of consumerism.

a view of companionship…and more.

and with each view, we’re given an opportunity to draw conclusions about life. we have that freedom. we practice it unconsciously most days. other days we jump too quickly. a few days we’re spot on.
